我国改革开放30年的历史,是一部解放思想的历史。改革开放政策的出台是解放思想的产物,改革开放进程又是在不断解放思想的过程中推进的。而新时期改革开放事业的进一步深化,仍然有赖于继续解放思想,与时俱进。解放思想不仅是推进改革开放事业的前提,而且也是深化改革、扩大开放的推进器和加速器。
