The important thought of Three Represents is not only an important theoretical achievement but also a brand new practical subject. Only through mastering its practical nature and innovative its spirit and taking effective measures to overcome formalism and bureaucracy can we turn it into the powerful spiritual force to propel the socialist cause to realize new development and create a new situation.
