摘要
社会保障是事关国计民生的重大制度安排,是当代社会不可或缺的民生保障机制和整个社会和谐发展维系与促进机制,社会保障与构建社会主义和谐社会具有本质上的一致性,它可以为构建社会主义和谐社会服务。我们要以马克思主义的社会保障思想为指导,充分发挥社会保障的经济助推器、社会稳定器的作用与功能。
Social security is the important system closely related to the national welfare and the people＇ s livelihood. It is not only the indispensable guarantee system of people＇ s livelihood, but also the maintaining and promoting mechanisms for the harmonious development of the society. Social security is in nature in line with the harmonious society. It can serve the construction of the harmonious socialist society. We should be guided by Marx＇ s social security theory and fully play the function of social security as an economic booster and social stabilizer.
