Hydrothermal-controlled Growth of ZnSe Crystals

摘要 以水合肼为还原剂,分别用ZnCl2和Se粉作锌源和硒源,在140℃水热处理24h合成了ZnSe纳米粉末。然后以其为原料,在270℃,NaOH浓度为4mol/L,填充度为65%时,通过改变反应时间,生长了不同形貌的硒化锌晶体。用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段,分别对产物进行了表征,并从ZnSe晶体的结构上对其形貌的形成进行了初步分析。 ZnSe nanopowder was hydrothermally synthesized from ZnCl2 and Se powder reduced by hydrothermat method at 140℃ for 24 h. ZnSe crystals with different morphologies were grown using the as-prepared ZnSe nanopowder by changing reaction time. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission Morphological changes and ZnSe electron microscope (TEM) and scan electron microscope (SEM). growth processes were also discussed on the basis of ZnSe crystal structure.
