摘要
设计了一种用于测定低熔点二元合金步冷曲线的试样容器。该试样容器用玻璃制作;试样测温热电偶插入试样容器底部的中空细管。容器的空间中充有压强小于大气压的惰性气体,可保证容器内部的金属或合金在多次反复加热、冷却测定过程中不被氧化,试样的蒸汽不外泄,不污染环境,并保证试样的成份不变;试样用量小于5g,使利用高纯金属成为可能,既可节省有色金属资源,又可提高测定的重现性和准确性。
The sample cell used to measure the gradual cooling curve of two components alloy with low melting points was designed. The sample cell was made of glass and the thermocouple was inserted into the narrow tube which was placed on the bottom of the cell. In the cell the pressure of the inert gas filled was lower than atmosphere. It was proven that after heating and cooling time after time the metal or alloy in the cell was not oxidized, the vapor of the sample was not oozed, the environment would not be, contaminated, and the composition of the sample could be kept constant. The weight of the sample was less than 5 g and hence the use of high purity metals became possible. The cell was economical of nonferrous metals, and the reproducibility and the veracity of the measurements were enhanced.
