以糠醛为原料VB1为催化剂,利用安息香缩合反应合成糠偶姻,再用硫酸铜-吡啶氧化得到糠偶酰。糠偶酰在乙醇、氢氧化钾水溶液中发生类似二苯乙醇酸重排的反应得到2,2′-二(α-呋喃基)-2-羟基乙酸钾。利用IR谱和UV谱对合成的糠偶姻、糠偶酰及2,2′-二(α-呋喃基)-2-羟基乙酸钾进行了表征。
We used the benzoin condensation to synthesize furoin with furfural as raw material in the presence of VB1 as a catalyst. Furoin was oxidized to furil by CuSO4-pyridine as an oxidant. We used the reaction which is similar to the benzilic acid rearrangement to synthesize potassium salt of 2,2' di (α- furanyl)-2-hydroxyl ethanoic acid in aqueous solution containing ethanol and potassium hydroxide. Synthesized furoin, furil and potassium salt of 2, 2'-di (α-furanyl)2-hydroxyl ethanoic acid were characterized by means of IR and UV spectroscopy.
