摘要 由于燃气热水器恒温控制系统的数学模型很难建立,针对这一难题提出基于BP神经网络的PID控制算法,此算法不依赖于被控对象精确的数学模型,主要是通过控制燃气流量即控制燃气调节阀来达到恒定温度的目的。着重讨论基于BP神经网络PID算法设计过程、原理及参数的整定方法。试验表明:该控制系统精度高,稳定性良好,气阀跟踪及时快速,充分验证了该设计的有效性和实用价值。 The fuel gas water heater constant temperature control system' s mathematical model is very difficult to establish, so PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed directing towards this difficult problem. The algorithm doesn' t rely on accurate mathematical model of the controlled plant. Because the fuel gas water heater constant temperature control system' s mathematical model is very difficult to establish, proposed in view of this difficult problem based on BP neural network' s PID control algorithm, this algorithm does not rely on precise mathematical model of the controlled plant, realize the constant tempera- ture mainly by the control of gas regulator valve through gas consumption. Discussed emphatically on the design process, the prin- ciple and the parameter setting method based on BP neural network PID algorithm. The experiments show that the control systems is characteristic of the high precision, the good stability, track prompt fast gas valve, has confirmed fully the validity and practicability of this design.
