摘要 在分析传统设计方法与可靠性设计方法在设计思想、设计原理上的区别的基础上,将可靠性理论与最优化设计技术结合起来,对机械零/部件的可靠性优化设计方法进行研究。基于参数化程序设计语言(Ansys Parametric Design Language,APDL)的数学运算功能,以摄动分析法计算的零件可靠度为约束条件,以零件的最小体积为优化目标进行的参数的优化设计和运用可靠性优化设计这两种优化设计方法,都得到了比常规设计更为合理的设计结果。 Based on the analysis of the differences between the traditional design method and the reliability design method in the design thought and design principle, reliability design and optimum design are combined. The research into the design method of reliability and optimum mechanical parts is made. Especially based on mathematic operation function of APDL was used to con- sidered to obtained the optimized set of design parameters, when reliability of componcnt calculated by perturbation method was considered as the constraint condition and minimum volume of component was used to be the optimization objective. By these two reliability methods the more reasonable results were obtained than the conventional design.
