基于Pro/E二次开发的铁塔BOM自动生成技术研究与应用

The research and application of BOM automatic creation of steel tower based on advanced developing of Pro/E

对BOM的结构及其生成方法进行分析和研究,提出螺栓自动统计原理,根据已经虚拟装配好的铁塔,利用Pro/E二次开发技术,应用Pro/TOOLK IT函数,自动生成螺栓、角钢和连接板BOM,提高了铁塔的生产效率。

Studyed and analyzed the structure of BOM and the method of creating BOM automaticly. The statistic theory to bolts is proposed. Accroding to the assembled steel tower, with Pro/E advanced developing technology and Pro/TOOLKIT, the BOM of bolts, angle steel and connecting plates was created automaticly and the efficiency of steel tower production was improved.
