分析新时期我国农村剩余劳动力转移的重要性,建立了一个系统动力学模型,通过仿真,论证了加大对农业和农村教育的投入,提高农村劳动力的受教育年限,增强农民素质,促进劳动力转移,是解决"三农"问题,建设农村全面小康社会的重要措施。

This paper analyses the importance of transferring surplus rural labor in china at new period. It establishes a model of system dynamics. Using imitation and simulation, it proves that it must increase investment to agriculture and rural education, raise the time that rural labor receive education, improves the quality of peasant, promote the transferring of rural labor. These are important measures to resolve the San - Nong issue and build Xiao - Kang society in country.
