摘要
探讨了蜂胶超临界CO2 萃取物的抑菌作用,并与蜂胶醇提物、水提物的抑菌效果进行比较。实验以8种细菌作为受试菌,通过滤纸片法和试管稀释法分别测定其抗菌活性和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:超临界CO2 蜂胶萃取物对8种受试菌种有良好的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度为78.1~2500μg/mL;超临界CO2蜂胶萃取物的抑菌活性较蜂胶醇提物更强(25mg/mL),最小抑菌浓度总体相当,但大大强于蜂胶水提物。
In the present study, the antimicrobial activities of the SCF - CO2 extract of propolis against eight bacterium species was investigated by inhibition zone method and test tube dilution method respectively. The results showed that all of the assayed bacterium species were susceptible to the SCF - CO2 extract of propolis,with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) ranging from 78. 1 to 2 500 μg/mL. The inhibition zone tests indicated identically that inhibitory activity of the SCF -CO2 extract of propolis was stronger (25 mg/mL) than ethanol extract of propolis,and the MIC of the SCF - CO2 extract of propolis was overall as same as the ethanol extract, anyway, the tests results also showed that the water extract of propolis were all weak.
