The development of domestic shipbuilding industry creates opportunity and challenge for marine gearbox industry. Based on model of growth curve, the future of domestic marine gearbox industry has been forecasted. Analysis of current comparative strategies of main domestic marine gearbox manufacturers is made in the paper.
