摘要
研究了铜锰系催化剂并流共沉淀法的制备条件对二乙醇胺催化脱氢反应性能的影响。结果表明,在铜锰原子比为1、溶液浓度0.4 mol.L-1、沉淀pH为12、沉淀温度70℃、焙烧温度550℃和还原温度210℃时,催化剂性能最好。在反应温度150℃和压力0.8 MPa,催化剂用量为二乙醇胺质量10%的反应条件下反应5 h,亚氨基二乙酸盐收率可达93.2%。
Influence of preparation conditions of coprecipitation method on catalytic properties of Cu-based Mn catalyst for catalytic dehydrogenation of diethanolamine were studied. The catalytic performance of the catalyst was best prepared under the optimum preparation conditions as follows: Cu/Mn atomic ratio = 1, the concentration of mix solution 0.4 mol · L^-1, solution pH =12, precipitation temperature 70 ℃ ,calcination temperature 550 ℃, and reduction temperature 210 ℃. Iminodiaeetie salt yield of 93.2% was obtained under the reaction conditions that reaction temperature was 150 ℃, pressure was 0.8 MPa, Cu-based Mn catalyst dosage was 10% of diethanolamine mass and reaction time was 5 h.
