传统固定层煤气炉节能降耗措施

Measures for Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in Conventional Fixed-Bed Coal Gasifiers

摘要 经过对Φ3600 mm和Φ3000 mm煤气炉的设备、控制系统改造及操作参数的调整,达到了稳定运行和降低煤耗的目的。改造后,带出物减少,有效制气时间延长,有效气体(CO+H2)体积分数>73%,降低了显热损失,灰渣中含碳质量分数由21%降至16%,吨氨煤耗降至1220 kg。 By modification of the equipment and control system of the 03 600 and 03 000 mm coal gasifiers and readjustment of their operation parameters the aim of stable operation and reduction in coal consumption is achieved. After the modification, the carry-over decreases the effective gasification time increases, the volume fraction of the effective gas ( CO + H2) is greater than 73%, the loss of sensible heat diminishes, the mass fraction of carbon in the ash drops from 21% to 16%, and the coal consumption per ton of ammonia lowers to 1 220 kg.
