增设工艺天然气预热器,可增加回收烟气热量,降低排烟温度。增设烟道气烧嘴,可使热负荷前移,提高一段炉的天然气与蒸汽混合气的温度,降低一段炉炉管壁温度,提高一段炉总热效率。

The addition of a process natural gas preheater will increase the heat recovered from flue gas and decrease the temperature of the discharged flue gas. The addition of flue gas burners will cause the heat load to shift forward, thereby raising the temperature of the natural gas-steam mixture in the primary reformer, lowering the temperature of the tube wall in the reformer, and improving the total thermal efficiency of the reformer.
