尿素蒸发气相洗涤器应用小结

摘要 生产负荷提高后,解吸排放废液中尿素含量严重超标,氨耗升高,因此对尿素蒸发系统进行了技术改造。介绍了改造方案,根据尿素蒸发气相洗涤器的工作原理,增设1套尿素蒸发气相洗涤回收装置。改造后,解吸废液中尿素质量分数由2%~3%降至0.03%-0.04%,吨尿素氨耗平均下降5kg左右,取得了很好的经济和社会效益。 With the increase in the production load, the urea content in the effluent discharged from stripping is in great excess, and ammonia consumption rises, so technical renovation is carried out in the urea evaporation system. The revamp scheme is presented, and in line with the work principle of the gas-phase scrubber in urea evaporation, a recovery unit is added after the gas-phase scrubber. After renovation, the mass fraction of urea in the effluent from stripping decreases from 2% - 3% before renovation to 0.03% -0.04%. The ammonia consumption per ton of urea reduces by about 5 kg, giving very satisfactory economic and social benefits.
