摘要
介绍了脱硫循环水改造的技术方案、工艺流程、装置特点,并对项目改造进行了经济分析。实行脱硫循环水改造后,减少了水耗5659 m3/月,减少了污水排放量6286 m3/月,增加合成氨产量179.8 t/月,合计价值约6.8967万元/月,不仅达到了节能降耗的目的,取得了良好的环保效益,同时也提高了水资源利用率。
An introduction is given to the technological plan, process flow and characteristics of the unit in the improvement of recirculating water in desulfurization, and an economic analysis is made of the revamp of the project. After the modification, water consumption decreases by 5 659 m^3 per month, discharge of sewage by 6 286 m^3 per month, output of ammonia increases by 179.8 ton per month, with a total value of RMB 68 967 yuan per month, thus not only attaining the aim of saving in energy and decrease in consumption, and obtaining satisfactory environmental protection results, but also improving the utilization ratio of the water resources.
