摘要 介绍了三相6/5极永磁开关磁链电机的结构特点和运行原理,并在弱磁扩速原理的基础上说明了直轴电感在电机弱磁扩速中的作用,通过有限元分析研究了不同转子齿高、齿宽对电机直轴电感和弱磁能力等性能的影响。结果表明,该电机的磁链和反电势波形接近正弦,适用于永磁无刷交流电动机的控制方式;电机可通过定转子齿宽搭配来设计相对较大的直轴电感。在上述分析的基础上,对一台电机进行了优化设计,制作了样机,并进行了实验验证。 Topology and operation principle of a novel 3-phase 6/5-pole permanent magnet flux-switching motor (PMFSM) are presented. Considering the flux-weakening application, effect of the d-axis inductance is described, whilst the influence of the rotor pole height and width on the d-axis inductance and flux-weakening capability is analyzed with finite element method (FEM). it is shown that the open-circuit flux-linkage and back-EMF waveforms are essentially sinusoidal, which make it most appropriate for brushless AC (BLAC) operation. The motor can be designed with a sufficiently large'd-axis inductance by matching the stator and rotor pole widths. Based on tile above analysis, a laboratory motor is optimally designed and prototyped, and its experimental validation is also presented.
