摘要
滑片式梯形导向浮阀是综合了梯形导向浮阀和滑动阀片笼罩式喷射浮阀的优点而开发的一种新型浮阀。文中以水和空气为介质,在φ1200 mm塔内,对3种带有不同开孔面积滑片的浮阀进行流体力学性能的测试。结果表明,滑片式梯形导向浮阀的流体力学综合性能比较好,操作弹性大,压降低,漏液和雾沫夹带量低。根据实验结果,回归得到有关压降、雾沫夹带、漏液的计算公式,对工程应用具有指导意义。
Slipping plate-type trapezium directed floating valve is a newly developed valve, combined the advantages of both trapezium directed valve and float jet valve with slipping plate-cage. The hydraulic behaviors of this kind valve tray with three different open areas were tested in a Ф1 200 mm column with air-water system. The results show that the integration performance of the slipping plate-type trapezium directed valve tray is better improved because of its lower pressure drop, weeping and entrainment rate. Based on the experimental data the correlative equation was obtained for calculating pressure drop, weeping and entrainment rate. The results can be applied in engineering design.
