摘要 构建了光电干扰设备自动测试诊断系统,实现了光电干扰设备工作模式、投放程序参数、点火脉冲宽度和幅度、响应时间、功耗等功能和性能参数快速、准确地测试,并依据测试结果,进行故障诊断,给出维修策略。硬件平台基于高可靠的VXI总线,测试程序采用ATLAS语言编程,故障诊断程序采用INCON-IIAS2.0开发,用户只需键盘、鼠标操作即可完成复杂的现场测试和故障诊断。实践表明,该系统具有良好的通用性、开放性、扩展性,用户界面友好、操作方便,提高了测试和排故效率,有效节省了测试成本和维护费用。 Automatic test & fault diagnosis system for electro optical jamming equipment is presented. It can be used to accurately and rapidly test function parameter and performance parameter (such as operation mode, release program parameter, firing pulsewidth, firing pulse amplitude,response time, power consumption and so on)of the electro-optical jamming equipment, complete fault diagnosis according to test data, and give maintenance advice. High-reliable VXI is used to construct its hardware architecture, develop test procedure with ATLAS language and fault diagnosis procedure with INCON -IIAS2.0. The user can complete complex test and fault diagnosis via mouse and keyboard. The results show that the system has many advantages such as good commonality, openness and compatibility, good user interface, convenient operation, increasing test and obstacle avoidance efficiency and saving cost in test and maintenance efficiently.
