基于双注入技术的环路仿真技术

摘要 传统的反馈环路增益仿真方法基于有源双端口网络,分析复杂,不利于快速得到环路的定量分析。介绍一种新型的基于双注入算法(Double Injection)的环路增益仿真方法。这种方法在仿真的时候考虑了反馈电路负载效应,可以得到高精度的仿真结构。该方法基于Cadence公司的Spectre环境,直观方便,并且可以和其他仿真同时进行,便于比较。 Traditional loop gain simulation method is based on two-port network models, which is complex to analysis and it is not suitable to get quantitative analysis of the loop gain fast. A new simulation method based on double injection algorithm is introduced. The simulation method considers the loading effect of the feedback circuits. The method is based on the spectre simulator of Cadence which can be done with other simulation simultaneously. The simulation results is clear for comparison.
