摘要
以某客车厂的12 m全承载客车为研究对象,根据TBS理论建立车身骨架参数化模型,利用NX强大的CAD/CAE无缝集成功能,实现参数化有限元建模,并提出整体式空气弹簧悬架等效计算模型。根据有限元单元法完成典型工况下的强度分析、刚度分析,最后进行了车身骨架自由模态计算。结果表明,有限元模型精度较高,基本符合强度要求,存在优化空间。
Parametric model of the full-integral bus body which Finite Element(FM) is based is realized on UG following TBS theory. Holistic Air Spring System model is advanced. Strength, displace and modal analysis of the frame is carried out a gainst the typical conditions. The results shows the FM model has good precision and quality, but the structure still need ad vance.
