摘要
复合材料作为一种新型材料广泛应用于航空工业,而X射线实时成像检测则是用于复合材料零件的新型检测方法之一。本文着重分析了复合材料X射线实时成像检测中的放大倍数、灵敏度、灰度、分辨率、射线源至被测件的距离、管电压和管电流、散射线、缺陷/损伤尺寸与位置等关键参数,为获得优质的图像提供了基本的质量控制指标。
As a new kind of material, the composite material is widely used in the aviation industry. Then X-ray real time image test is one of new methods for testing composite materials. This paper emphatically analyze the key parameters of X-ray real time image test, such as magnify multiple, sensitivity, image grey, resolution, source-object distance, tube-voltage, tubecurrent, dispersing X-ray, defect/damage size and position, etc, which will help to obtain the high quality image and provide the basic quality control items.
