摘要
采用偏光显微镜研究了热处理对山梨糖醇类成核剂(TM-3)改性PP晶型的影响。研究表明,热处理温度的提高和热处理时间的延长都有利于成核剂成核效果的发挥,有利于TM-3成核PP的晶粒尺寸的细化,但过高的热处理温度会引起PP的氧化降解。
The influence of the thermal treatment on the crystalline Structure of Polypropylene (PP) modified by Sorbitol Nucleator (TM-3) was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the temperature and the extension of the temperature in the thermal treatment, the nucleation of nucleating agent increased and the grain size of Polypropylene (PP) modified by TM-3 decreased. But excessive temperature in the thermal treatment would cause PP oxidative degradation.
