一种基于元策略的自适应移动切换控制方案

摘要 为有效保障移动用户不同业务的服务质量,拓展策略机制的应用,利用策略形式的业务QoS属性及移动节点移动和资源需求的预测信息,用元策略自动生成相应的控制策略,实现切换过程自适应的资源管理。通过分析和仿真,该自适应切换方案在保证切换掉线率的前提下,最小化新呼叫阻塞率,为用户提供较好的QoS保证,其特点在于自适应性,可以根据当前网络状况自动进行重要参数的调整,另外,使用策略,可提供不同的优先级,能方便地进行算法定义和选择,相对于传统方法更灵活。 To guarantee effectively different services'QoS of mobile user,this paper widens the application of policy mechanism, and employs meta-policy as means to create control policies and achieves adaptive resource management automatically for mobile handoff based on the QoS attribute of services in policy form and the prediction information of the mobile node.The analysis and simulation show that this scheme can minimize new call blocking probability,provide better QoS as well as ensure the certain probability of handoff dropping.Adaptability is strongpoint ,which can adjust key parameters according to current network status,in addition,due to the use of policy,it can provide different priority,and implement arithmetic definition or choice according to management requirement.h is more flexibility than the traditional methods.
