The Competition and Cooperation of the Local Government from the Perspective of the Intergovernmental Relation

随着中央向地方的逐步放权,地方政府作为一个相对独立的地区利益主体的角色日益突显。因此,地方政府之间的相互竞争与合作,不仅成为府际关系研究的新领域和新内容,也是中国各级地方政府必须面对和解决的现实问题。

With the central government gradually delegating power to the local government, the local government has increasingly become a relatively independent interest subject. Hence, competition and cooperation between the local government not only became a new area and content of the studies on the intergovernmental relation, but become a realistic problem for the Chinese local government having to face and resolve.
