摘要
领导者是其工作岗位的领军人物,也往往是工作岗位各种矛盾的汇聚点。领导者在问题的丛林中能否把握主要矛盾,懂得抓大事,历来是所属群体兴衰的关键因素之一。而具备这一战略能力,主要在于凡事善作分析比较,分得出主次轻重缓急,在议大事的同时尽量兼顾重要的"小事"。
Leaders is the lead of its work, also is all kinds of contradictory points of convergence. Whether leaders can grasp the main contradiction and know how to grasp major events in the jungle of problems has always been one of the key factors determined their rise and fall of the group. To have this strategic ability, it depended on being good for comparative analysis, obtaining from primary and secondary priorities, trying to take into account important "matters" at the same time.
