摘要
选择了两种在企业知识管理中运作比较成功的模式进行分析,并将其引入到图书馆知识管理之中,提出了要注意的问题以及一些对策。
This paper analyzes two successful modes of the knowledge management of enterprise, introduces the two modes into the knowledge management of library, and advances some problems needing attention and some countermeasures.
