摘要
对高职院校图书馆读者群及其心理特点进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了提高图书馆读者服务工作质量的措施。
This paper analyzes the reader groups of higher vocational college library and their psychological characteristics, and advances some measures for improving the service quality for readers of the library.
