基于社会网络视角的企业竞争情报系统设计思考

Study on the Design of Competitive Intelligence System of Enterprise Based on Social Network Perspective

提出了现有竞争情报系统存在的几个问题,针对人际情报网络电子档案的构建、竞争情报系统子业务系统之间的情报交流、知识管理3个方面,从社会网络理论的视角提出了构建竞争情报系统的建议。

This paper puts forward some problems existing in current competitive intelligence system, and advances some suggestions on the competitive intelligence system of enterprise based on social network theory from three aspects of the construction of electronic archives of interpersonal intelligence network, the intelligence communication among subsystems of competitive intelligence system and knowledge management.
