从实现铁路企业科学发展的高度出发,提出了科学开发铁路企业人才资源的有效途径,对加强铁路人才队伍建设进行了深入的探讨。
Starting from the height of implementing the scientific development of railway enterprise, this paper advances some effective ways for developing the talent resource of railway enterprise, and probes into strengthening the construction of railway talent ranks.
