福建黄兔微卫星标记的遗传多样性分析 被引量:14

摘要 为了从DNA分子水平揭示福建黄兔群体遗传多态性和遗传结构,选择16个微卫星标记检测了40只福建黄兔的遗传变异及多态性。结果表明,在福建黄兔群体中,16个微卫星位点共检测到了100个等位基因,各位点的等位基因数在3~13,平均等位基因数为6.25个,平均有效等位基因数为4.2652。各位点平均基因频率取样方差V(pij)为8.7611×10^-3。16个微卫星位点观察杂合度(Ho)在0.4893~0.8801,平均H。为0.7227;各位点期望杂合度(He)在0.4959~0.8914,平均He为0.7324;各位点多态信息含量(PIC)变动范围为0.3814~0.8679,平均PIC为0.6766,其中有14个位点处于高度多态(PIC〉0.5),16个微卫星位点的平均固定指数(F)为0.0132。经卡方检验,在这16个微卫星位点上,群体偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡的程度不大。 To evaluate the genetic polymorphisms for Fujian yellow rabbit, 40 Fujian yellow rabbits were genotyped with 16 microsatellite markers. A total of 100 alleles were detected. The number of the alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 13, with a mean of 6.25 and average effective alleles of 4. 2652. The observed and expected heterozygosities were from 0. 4893 to 0. 8801 and from 0. 4959 to 0. 8914, respectively. The mean observed and expected heterozygosities were 0. 7227 and 0. 7324, respectively. The polymorphism information content values ranged from 0. 3814 to 0. 8679, and the mean polymorphism information content of the 16 microsatellite loci was 0. 6766. Fourteen out of the 16 microsatellite loci detected in Fujian yellow rabbits were highly polymorphic. The mean fixation index of the 16 microsatellite loci was 0. 0132, which indicated that the degree of heterozygote defect at these loci was low and the deviations from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium Were not significant.
