摘要 基于平行四边形柔性铰链的狭缝机构由步进电动机带动螺杆旋转,螺母在止转器限制下上下移动,推动导杆楔入柔性铰链使两缝片之间的缝口打开,缝口大小由电涡流传感器测量,反馈给单片机,调整步进电动机的旋转,如此形成一个闭环系统。电涡流传感器输出信号直接反映缝口大小的变化,有效地补偿了机械调节系统的误差对缝宽精度的影响。 Fine slit mechanism based on the principle of flexible joint is driven to rotate by step motor, nut restricted by anti-rotation accessory goes up and down , pushing the leader to wedge into flexible joint and causing commissure between two thin pieces of metal to expend, eddy current sensor is applied to measure the dimension of commissure, which is feedback to singlechip and it adjusts the rotation of step motor, thus a closed loop system is established. The output signal of eddy current sensor designates the change of commissure,therefore, the affection on commissure precision from the error of mechanical adjustment system is effectively compensated.
