摘要
在"机电控制工程"课程的项目研究实践教学模式中,采用"数控工作台"作为项目研究对象。为使数控工作台具有模块化、可重组的特点,对其控制系统也提出了模块化、开放式的要求。研制了一套具有主从式控制构架的数控工作台模块化控制系统,该系统采用AVR单片机作为控制芯片,包括上位机与下位机,上位机完成插补计算和笔架控制,下位机实现电机的伺服驱动。介绍了该控制系统的软、硬件设计与实现方法。实验表明,该控制系统适合于单、双轴数控工作台的模块化控制要求。
In the project and practice based course Mechatronics Engineering, the NC workbench is adopted as the research object. A modular and open control system was proposed for the modular and reconfigurable characterized NC workbench. A set of host-slave structure modular control system based on AVR series MCU was developed. It includes an upper level machine which completes interpolation and pen control and a lower level machine which drives a motor. The design and implementation of the hardware and software of the system was introduced. The experiments show that this system meets the requirements of a uniaxial or biaxial modular NC workbench.
