摘要
实验教学队伍建设是提高高校本科实验教学质量的根本,而实验教学质量高低则直接影响到人才培养质量。分析当前实验教学队伍存在的主要问题,提出解决问题的若干措施与办法,并付诸实践。
Construction of lab assistants is foundation to improve the quality of experimental teaching in undergraduate course, and it will influence the ability of students. Analysis for main problems of the structure in higher educations was given. Some ways were presented and put in practice to solve these problems.
