论述了无声语言的概念、特点、应用及作用,指出图书馆建立良好的无声语言沟通体系对改善图书馆员与读者的关系将起到事半功倍的效用。
This paper discusses the concepts, features, applications and functions of the nonverbal language, and points out that establishing the excellent nonverbal language communication system in the library can achieve maximum results with little effort im improving the relationship between the librarians and readers.
