Research on the Gaps in Personal Income Distribution in Shanxi Province

对山西省个人收入分配问题的现状进行了分析,找出了个人收入分配差距加大的原因,并对如何调整个人收入分配问题、缩小贫富差距提出了相应的建议。

This paper analyzes the present situation of personal income distribution in Shanxi Province, finds out the reasons of even-wider distribution gap in personal incomes, and advances some suggestions on how to adjust the personal income distribution to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.
