针对地勘行业的工作特点,从思想上、方法上、措施上探讨了改善现场安全管理的方法,指出安全文化建设的重心必须放在班组,工夫下在施工现场,措施落实到岗和具体操作员工的每一个作业细节。

In the light of the work features of geological exploration trade, this paper probes into the methods for improving the on-site safety management from the mental cognitions, methods and measures, and points out that the focus of the construction of safety culture must be placed in the teams and groups, the efforts must be made on the construction sites, and the measures must be implemented onto each post, each operator and each working detail.
