摘要
阐述了现代企业考核制度的局限性,介绍了我国企业在长期的实践过程中积累的一些有关考核制度方面的有价值的理论与经验。
This paper expounds the limitations of feed back system of modern enterprise, and introduces some valuable theories and experiences related to the feed back system accumulated in the long-term process of the practice of Chinese enterprise.
