摘要
把人的认知过程中的信息感知过程细分为信息的过滤、信息的理解与检索、信息的关联与分组、确定优先权4个阶段,把决策诊断过程细分为本能反应、直接匹配、依据建议、遵循程序、推理、试误、等待监控和制定计划8个阶段,并分析了组织文化、组织结构、程序、培训、交流、监督检查以及环境对人的整个行为过程的影响。
Information pre-processing of human cognitive process is divided into four stages: fihering, comprehension and retrieval, relating and grouping, and prioritization. Diagnosis and decision-making activities include instinctive response, direct matching, asking for advice, following procedure, inductive/ deductive reasoning, trial-and-error, wait and monitor, and action planning. An operator' s performance process is affected by organizational culture, organizational structures, procedures, training, communication, supervision and management, and the environment.
