摘要
用实证研究的方法探讨了我国企业绩效管理过程公平性和组织公民行为之间的关系。采用中国人组织公民行为量表和绩效管理过程公平性问卷的方式对广东省企业员工进行测量,研究结果发现:绩效管理公平性对组织公民行为具有影响作用,即绩效管理公平性与组织公民行为之间呈现正相关关系。组织承诺对组织公民行为的变异具有独立的解释作用,并在绩效管理公平性和组织公民行为之间起中介作用。
This paper investigates the relationship between the justice of performance management and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Employees in South China are asked with a questionnaire of the OCB and the justice. It is concluded that the justice of performance manacement affects the OCB. The justice has a positive impact on the OCB. Organizational commitments lead to the variation of the OCB, and mediate between justice and the OCB of employees.
