摘要
以0.77m^3和8m^3高炉炼磷的实验数据为基础,探讨了炉渣中 P_2O_5含量及操作条件等因素对磷的挥发率和还原率的影响规律,获得了与实验数据拟合较好的经验公式。由这些经验公式出发,可以推算出每生产一公斤原子气态磷所产生的渣量、磷铁量等值。本工作有盏于对炼磷高炉进行计算机模拟和控制。
Based on the experimental data obtained in 0.77m^3 and 8m^3 blast furnaces for producing elemental phosphorus,we studied the relation among reducibility (and volatility)of phosphorus,the content of P_2O_5 in slag and several other operating parameters.We have derived some experiential fomulus which may fit well with the experimental data According to these formulas the quan- tities of slag,ferrophosphorus and so on can be computed for per kilogram mole gaseous elemental phosphorus.This work is helpful to computer simulation and control of blast furnaces for producing elemental phosphorus
