摘要
针对易逝品构建了EOQ模型,评估了延迟交货策略对零售商库存成本的影响,分别构建了延迟系统和独立系统,并比较了两系统单位时间内订购和储备n个产品的最小总成本。结果证明针对有较小变质速率的易逝品,采用延迟交货策略将拥有一个比独立系统小的单位总成本,还得出变质速率越大两系统单位总成本差距越大的结论。
This paper develops an economic-order-quantity (EOQ) model for perishable products, estimates the influence of postponement strategies on retailers in a supply chain. A postponement system and an independent system are respectively constructed to minimize the total average cost function per unit time for ordering and keeping n perishable products. It is demonstrated that postponement strategies for perishable products lead to lower total average cost when deterioration rate is low. The difference between the total average costs of the two systems becomes bigger when the deterioration rate gets higher.
