摘要
针对设备维护外包业务执行过程中,合同变更导致绩效发生变化的情况,提出应用层次分析法对合同变更前后的绩效状态进行评估。以合同变更前后时段的综合绩效水平为目标,以评估指标为准则,以合同变更前后时段的绩效状态为对象,建立层次结构,获得合同变更前后时段绩效水平的排序,用以分析合同变更对绩效的影响。
Contract changes usually lead to the change in the performance of maintenance outsourcing. The analysis hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the change. Taking the performance as an objective, and evaluation indexes as criterions, this paper constructs a hierarchical structure to put in order the performance corresponding to each contract change, so as to analyze the influence of the contract changes on the performance.
