摘要
在假定的单向行走规则和仓库模型的基础上,提出了一种订单按其不同属性进行分批拣选的启发式算法。基于按单拣选和批量拣选的优缺点对比,将提高订单拣选效率和缩短订单提前期作为其目标函数。新增订单,根据订单中品项所在的最大通道的编号和最小通道的编号,运用运筹学方法进行编号,分批拣选;延期订单,根据订单延期程度和客户重要性程度,通过加权计算进行排序,分批拣选。算例分析表明这种决策方法计算简单,容易实现。
Based on a given storage model and one-way travel principles, this paper presents an optimization algorithm to pick orders according to their attributes. Taking into account advantages and disadvantages of both single order picking and batch picking, the objective of the paper is to improve the efficiency and reduce the lead-time of order picking. The Operational Research is employed. New orders are numbered and batched according to the numbers of both the largest aisle and the smallest aisle where the items for the new orders are stored. Delayed orders are sorted and batched according to the time that the orders have been delayed and the importance of customers. An example is used to demonstrate this method, which leads to the conclusion that the method is easy to put into practice.
