This article introduced a kind of expert PID control arithmetic which combined expert control with general PID control. Citing the water level control system of oil field＇s three phase segregator, expatiated how the expert PID control arithmetic applied in PLC in detail. The practice proved that the achievement of this control arithmetic was easy, dynamic responds were rapid, and the control effects of system were fine.
