摘要
针对液压爬升装置原用链板结构复杂、不易加工、多处应力集中明显、强度不足且质量过大等缺陷,对其进行建模、分析及相应的结构优化。优化后的链板在改进制造工艺性的同时,结构强度获得进一步提高,应力集中值及其范围减小,而且减轻了质量,提高了液压爬升装置的性能。
For the original chain plate has shortcomings such as complex stuctrue,difficult machining,obvious stress concentration, strength shortage and excessive weight, it is modeled, analyzed, and corresponding optimized by the soft.After optimization,the chain plate has fine process, higher strength,less stress concentration and light weight, improve the performance of hydraulic climbing device.
