摘要
介绍了基于VIVID910三维激光扫描仪在零部件上获取自由曲面点云数据的方法。针对点云数据中所存在的影响模型重构精度的各种因素,详细论述了无用杂点删除、多视点云对齐、数据点云合成、点云数据编辑、数据点云精简及数据点云平滑等预处理方法。实例表明,经过处理的点云数据有利于后续的曲线、曲面重构及模型重构。
The measurement method by VIVID910 3D Laser Digitizer to get points-cloud data for freeform surface is introduced. Aiming at the problems in points-cloud data that affect precision of model re-building, the points-cloud data processing methods are emphatically discussed, which include deleting the useless data points, aligning points-cloud under different viewpoints, merging the points-cloud data, editing the points-cloud data, reducing the points-cloud data, and smoothing the points-cloud data. The example indicates that the points-cloud data by processed is propitious to rebuild curve, surface and model.
