摘要
为了实现水轮机转轮叶片裂纹在线监测,本文对基于DSP的转轮裂纹声发射检测系统进行了软件和硬件设计,实现了对金属裂纹声发射信号进行分析并提取其信号的特征参数,然后通过蓝牙模块将特征参数传到上位机.经实验测试表明提取的声发射信号特征参数有效,数据传输误码率低.
In order to meet the requirement for the on-line monitoring on cracks in the runner blade of Francis turbine,in this paper the detecting system for acoustic emission(AE) signals based on DSP were designed on hardware and software,wavelet analysis method was used to analyze the AE signal then the characteristic parameters were extracted. The characteristic papameters were transmitted from the turning runner with the bluetooth technique, the bluetooth transmission solution were developed. The availablity and efectivenss were demenstrated by the experimenet in Lab and in the fields.
