摘要
为满足水果外观品质和质量综合分选的实际需要,设计了一种集机器视觉与质量检测为一体的水果自动分选机。该分选机主要由机械系统、称重模块、同步控制系统和图像处理系统组成。为此,介绍了各部分的结构及工作原理,给出了水果同步检测过程的实现方法。通过这种综合设计,该分选机能实时检测水果的大小、质量、颜色、表面缺陷状况和果形等品质,并能根据预定标准综合评定水果的等级,对水果进行自动分级。
In order to satisfy the demend of fruit grading by their external quality and weight information, an automatic fruit grading machine based on both machine vision and weight inspection was designed. The grading machine comprises machanism system, weighing module, synchronous control system, and image disposing system. Construction and working principle of each part of the grader was presented, and the method of realization of the fruits inspecting process was given. By the design, the grader can inspect the fruit quality such as the size, weight, color, flaw status of the surface and the shape of the fruit and so on. Also, it can synthesize the qualities and assess the grades of the fruit based on the scheduled standard, and discharge the fruits based on the grades automatically.
